Building Community, Equiping the Saints to Serve
One of the ways we equip people to serve in his kingdom is through our Christian Education (CE) program. We offer a comprehensive CE program for everyone ages four through adult, and a nursery for infants and toddlers. Our program addresses the biblical, theological, and devotional needs of every member of the body of Christ.
Thursday Morning Women's Bible Study (RiverOaks Lobby)
Join us Thursday mornings from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M., for a study on Tim Keller sermons. We will meet in the church sanctuary and childcare is provided. Monday Evening Women's Bible Study (41st & Memorial)
Join us Monday evenings in the home of Lisa Boyd for a twelve week study on The Book of Mark! The evening begins with a short fellowship time, and then Cherly Owens guides us through our study; at the end of the study, we share our struggles from the week and close in prayer for one another. Monday Night Football Bible Study (111th & Yale)
Are you ready for some football?!!! This study will happen at half-time! This is for men and boys of all ages…fathers, feel free to bring your sons! We gather at 7:30 P.M. to enjoy a time of fellowship and football until half-time; discussion/Bible study for 20-30min, then you can leave or stay for the rest of the game! Thursday Night Men's Bible Study (RiverOaks Office)
Join us this Fall for a study of the Minor Prophets! We seek to build each other up by drawing closer together as brothers in Christ while studying His Word. Every Thursday evening from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. we meeet for a short time of fellowship followed by an indepth Bible study; then, after sharing our struggles from the week, we close with prayer for each other. Upper Elementary Children's CE (4th-6th Grade)
This Fall, our Upper Elementary Children's CE class works through the Great Commission Bible Curriculum. Rod & Susan Schlipf lead this fun filled class every Sunday evening from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. The evening is broken in a time of fellowship and games and a time of Bible study. Snacks are provided.
