A Church That Plants Churches

We exist to reach people for Christ and to equip them to serve. To accomplish that goal, we encourage everyone to find and love a church that preaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ clearly. We believe that we, as a church, can facilitate that goal by planting churches.

Church Planting

RiverOaks was planted in 2006 by the Southwest Church Planting Network based out of Dallas. Since then we have seen God plant 5 additional churches in the Tulsa area.

Missions

Campus Ministry

We are major supporters of RUF (Reformed University Fellowship), a campus ministry that sends ordained ministers and interns & staff to college campuses to reach students for Christ and equip them to serve.

Other Missions Partners

Gospel Fellowship (PCA) - a church plant in Springfield, MO led by pastor Dustin Ray.
Plumbline Ministries - a local ministry that provides Christian counseling, pastoral care, and classes about codependency, soul care, and boundaries.
Mend Medical Services - a Christian ministry that exists to provide free care and support to women (and related men) experiencing unexpected pregnancies.
Compassion International - a Christian charity that, through a local church, provides children living in poverty with the care they need, from meals and tutoring to medical care and encouragement. Many of our members have adopted children in Bolivia.
Ukraine Church Planting and Aid - a work of Mission to the World (MTW) that is led by Rev. Doug Shepherd.
City of Hope - a local ministry to the unhoused led by Jon & Joanna Maust.
RUF at USC - we support our own Madeleine Dorst, who is on staff at the University of Southern California.
